Road freight

We provide road freight between Türkiye and Greece, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria and Croatia. Together, we select full truckload or part load transport based on the cargo, collection and delivery locations, and timing.

Export, import and transit

We carry exports from Türkiye to our Balkan destinations and imports into Türkiye. Our transit service covers dispatching goods abroad from free zones, bonded warehouses or ports when they have not entered free circulation. The location and customs status of the cargo are clarified at the start of shipment planning. Koza International Transport holds valid L2 and TIO authorisations.

Choosing full truckload or part load

With full truckload, the vehicle is reserved for your cargo; with part load, different shipments travelling on the same route share vehicle capacity. Pallet count alone does not determine the choice. We also consider total weight, package dimensions, stackability, access conditions and requested dates.

Preparing for collection

Share the number of packages or pallets, the width, length and height of each size group, and the total gross weight. Include the collection and delivery city and district, truck access, forklift or ramp availability, and booking times. Identify any details that are still uncertain so that we can confirm them while completing the plan.

Dispatch and delivery

We plan the vehicle, departure and delivery around the cargo and address details. The invoice, packing list and any relevant customs declaration details are reviewed during preparation. Required documents are clarified with your customs broker according to the cargo, route and customs procedure. Border crossings and the consignee’s receiving hours are also considered.

FAQ

Should I choose full truckload or part load?

We consider the space the cargo takes up, its weight, whether it can be stacked and the delivery plan. Share the package count and dimensions so that we can identify a suitable option together.

How should I describe packages of different sizes?

List each size group separately with its count, width × length × height and weight. State the units and total gross weight, and whether other cargo may be stacked on top.

What if a truck cannot enter the collection or delivery address?

Tell us in advance about narrow roads or vehicle length, weight or height restrictions. The vehicle and handling requirements are assessed together with the entrance location, forklift or ramp availability and booking details.
